What it can do

  • Posts: POST /v1/posts with JSON (media as URLs) or multipart (media as files). Publish now or schedule with scheduled_at and timezone.
  • Status: read a post with its status per platform, the post URL, attempts and any warnings. Cancel or reschedule scheduled posts.
  • Profiles and accounts: list profiles with their connected accounts and create connect links for your clients.
  • Usage: current plan, limits and uploads this month (GET /v1/me, GET /v1/usage).
  • Same options everywhere: per-platform fields use the same names as the Upload-Post compatible API (youtube_title, privacy_level, pinterest_board_id …).
  • Safety nets: Idempotency-Key header against duplicate posts, rate-limit headers, clear error codes.
  • OpenAPI: machine-readable at /openapi.json, readable at /docs/api.

Example:

curl https://my-video-automation.com/v1/posts \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer YOUR_KEY" \
  -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
  -d '{"profile":"my-brand","platforms":["youtube","bluesky"],
       "title":"My video","media_urls":["https://example.com/clip.mp4"],
       "scheduled_at":"2026-12-01T12:00:00","timezone":"Europe/Berlin"}'

Limits

  • Requests per minute depend on your plan (30 in the trial up to 600 on Agency); the headers X-RateLimit-* show the current state.
  • Uploads per month and the number of API keys depend on your plan. 1 upload = 1 post to 1 account.
  • File size: up to the maximum of your plan (500 MB in the trial, up to 4 GB).
  • Media URLs must be public https addresses; private network addresses are refused.
  • Each platform's own rules still apply – see the platform pages.

Setup

  1. Open API & webhooks in the app and click New key. Copy the key – it is shown only once.
  2. Send it in the header Authorization: Bearer <key> (or Apikey <key>).
  3. Test it with GET /v1/me.
  4. Create your first post with POST /v1/posts.
  5. Optional: add a webhook so you hear about results without polling.

Details: API and keys, webhooks.

FAQ

REST API v1 or Upload-Post compatible API?

Both use the same key and the same engine. Use v1 for new projects; use the compatible API when you already have Upload-Post code.

How do I avoid double posts after a timeout?

Send an Idempotency-Key header. A repeated request with the same key within 24 hours returns the first post instead of creating a new one.

Is there an SDK?

Not yet. The OpenAPI file works with common code generators.
